About HealthyLogs

Realistic wellness for women 30+

HealthyLogs is an independent wellness site for women who want to feel better, move better and age well — without overhauling their whole lives.

We explore everyday wellness, from movement, sleep and nutrition to stress management, personal growth and the small habits that shape how we feel and live.

Our approach

Body, mind and a life that feels meaningful

I’m interested in the connection between taking care of our bodies, understanding ourselves better and building a life that feels healthier and more meaningful. Alongside modern scientific research, I explore ideas from psychology, personal development and traditional approaches to wellbeing, including Ayurveda and Chinese yangsheng.

The goal isn’t to follow every wellness trend or become a perfect version of ourselves. It’s to find practical ideas that make everyday life a little better, one habit at a time.

Who's behind HealthyLogs

Hi, I'm Vivian

Portrait of Vivian

Vivian · Nutrition coach in training

HealthyLogs is created and run by Vivian, a nutrition coach in training.

My own experience with work-related stress and the need to take better care of my health inspired me to explore wellness more seriously. As I continue learning about nutrition, movement and healthy aging, I share practical insights and realistic habits for women navigating their 30s and beyond.

My goal is to make wellness feel less overwhelming by bringing together everyday experience, traditional approaches to wellbeing and modern scientific research.

I’m not here to promise quick fixes or pretend to have every answer. I’m here to keep learning, question the advice we encounter and share what may genuinely help.

What makes us different

Four promises we write by

Small steps, not overhauls

We focus on practical habits you can build into your everyday life, rather than routines that require perfection. Our goal is to help you find a manageable next step.

Research you can check

We aim to link health claims to credible sources, prioritize reliable evidence and distinguish established findings from emerging research, traditional practices and personal experience.

Real-life perspective

We explore how wellness habits fit into ordinary life, including what can be difficult to maintain. Personal experience is one perspective, not proof that something will work for everyone.

Traditional wisdom, considered carefully

We explore Ayurveda and Chinese yangsheng with curiosity and respect for their cultural context, while examining relevant modern research and being transparent about uncertainty.
